Sometimes, users need more RAM temporarily. E.g. for heavy processes, daemons or queue workers. Having to add RAM using node add-ons is not flexible enough, as this requires a node restart, it is billed for the entire month, and even then, the amount of added RAM may not suffice.
To help this situation, dynamically add a certain amount of RAM to meet the temporary need at that time, then automatically de-allocate it.
